This company cares about customer satisfaction and does what it takes to resolve any problems. We had a problem with the original installation because due to some irregularities with the construction in our home, the shade did not fully cover one of the windows. The company sent installer Antonio to see what could be done. He came up with a perfect solution which involved notching out the wood for the header in order to have the shade cover the full window. In order to make sure that the end result would be perfect, the company remade both shades so that no glass was uncovered and the bands matched. Antonio came and did the installation . It is perfect. We are extremely happy and will use Shutters, Blinds, and Tint of Tennessee for some future projects we are planning for other rooms. A picture is below. We sincerely recommend this company.
